Ocellaris fin discoloration

One of my ocellaris started showing discoloration on its anal and caudal fins. What is it? And is this treatable?

Are the spots on the body water spots on the glass? I'm pretty sure they are, but hard to tell exactly what spot is on the fish.

Spots are on the glass. I’m talking about the discoloration on the fins:

Could be a bacteria or fungal infection or Brooklynella. Have you added any new fishes or corals to your tank recently?

Post on humble fish. Looks like some kind of fin rot to me. But I don't really know.
