Man, as much as I like "tracking" for carriers I really dislike the vagueness of it. I got a nice package of goodies coming that went "out for delivery" 12 hours ago... they truck ain't that big! What could take it so long... yeah I know it's not really out for delivery it's in a secondary area for delivery.
 
I am waiting for a package I ordered from Amazon that when I track it says "Shipment has left seller facility and is in transit". That was on November 30th and was shipped from Richmond, CA. 5 days later still not here and I am about 30miles from Richmond... Snail mail I guess ;D
 
Another part of the order got shipped on November 29th and got here today so I hope to receive it tomorrow.

Something is up with the mail here in Hayward. When our corporate office mails out a flat rate priority mail envelope from Los Angeles to the several branches, our Denver and Las Vegas branch both receive the envelope 1 to 2 days before I do...
 
My UPS driver is a fellow surfer, I do a couple of ding repairs and my stuff gets here first, unless I'm not home, then he waits to make sure tha package stays under watchful eye :)
 
I've noticed the UPS guy making drop offs at 8:30-9pm some nights to the neighbors place, I half joked that he's making a "special" late night call, but geezus!

Guy FINALLY came like 30 minutes ago... woman saw the invoice too... she said it's about as much as she guessed it cost, so sweet she's a keeper :D
 
do you have really bad aiptasia ? If you cant get it under control I have this butterfly that eats it, he loves it. This is bad but he kinda gets around. He is like the dbtc aiptasia control. If you wanna dbtc borrow him lemme know.
 
Hahaha, we are all in the delivery mood. I just had a RKM-PC4 and a makita 18v lithium drill set (impact and driver) delivered. I'm getting prepared for my next upgrade. Jk. Also picked up 4 borbonius yesterday (not delivered). And I am debating on getting a d90 or a new laptop. hahaha

70Cuda: I have been close to thinking about getting one, but with the sps AND lps I have in the tank, don't think I want to risk a butterfly fish quite yet... however I might really consider it since it is an open tank and fishing him out if he does pose a risk won't be terribly difficult.

Ok what I got was
Magnavore 4er - I'm officially a changed man, it was dark last night but I spent a minute working ona section where the light brown stuff turned to the hard dots.. and it came off... I won't ever roll my eyes at someone when they spend $70-200 for a magnet cleaner
MJ1200 + EcoMod + Magnet holder - I was tempted for a 15% off Vortech... but I thought I'd get this a try at 1/7th the cost... apparently the ecomod doesn't have the nice clip like the SureFlow kit, so gotta MacGyver something.
500w titanium heater w/ temperature adjuster.. it's going to be plugged into my controller anyways.
AC3 + DC8 - Had to make the move, I want to graph and know what my tank is doing now... not perhaps in the 2nd quarter of 2009 or whenever. Now I just gotta sell my RKE now.
And some Aiptasia-X.
 
During black friday, we ordered a blu ray player online. And the delivery company apparently left the package outside my house at 4p somthing. Well of course I get home around 7p and no package. :( Who leaves somthing like that outside literally for anyone to take. Well yesterday we got a replacement delivery :)
 
Wow... for San Francisco with all the gates on the entrances, that's just universally stupid. I've had them leave it at neighbors houses before, piss me off too because I don't know my neighbors, seems ever year someone new moves in.
