Pocillopora?

I snagged this off of my brother, but he didn’t know what it was. Quick search leads me to believe it’s a pocillopora…correct? It’s super nice, but the internet says it’s not particularly popular?

It appears to be so..and it is nice. Generally thought of as a beginner SPS, i still appreciate the growth pattern and hardiness of them. Some dont like how they can spread through the tank in unexpected places. I think its kinda cool, but to each his own.

I try to not let other opinions i may see on the internet dictate value of what I keep. As long as I'm happy with how it looks and its healthy, its all good.

For sure, and I think I should have said uncommon rather than unpopular. I’m coming from it from the perspective of “this thing is super cool, why isn’t it more well known?”

Anywho, thanks for the confirmation, fingers crossed for the happy little colony!
