Is there an agenda or list of topics the board will be discussing? Maybe this will drive more participation from members to voice their ideas or concerns?

Some people are highly opinionated but when it comes time to show up to meetings and make their voice be heard they are no where to be found.
 
Can the BOD members help buy a bigger acclimation box for BAR members.. current one with @MichaelB apparently doesn't have 1 door, so is only 2/3rd usable and only suited for tiny fish (I haven't seen it myself but Michael told me when I got in line for the same).. Sorry, I wont be able to attend tomorrow's meeting, hence requesting this to be discussed there if possible.

Usually we review old business and status reports from all the BOD members present. If you or anyone has any specific topics we can discuss them afterwards.

The acclimation box is pretty big, it just needs a new piece of acrylic to close off the third chamber. @Turkeysammich probably can cut one for us if @MichaelB can measure it.
