setting up my new 75 gal rimless tank, picture attached of the front to back level . Do all think it will be ok? Left to right is dead even.

One thing to note, my tank appeared level until I filled it, probably floor settling. I also saw differences with putting the level into the tank vs. on the edges, might be helpful to check during leak testing.

THIS!

my wife's 37 gallon was perfectly level until we filled it. Once full it was almost half a bubble off. So we emptied it, shimmed it, and refilled it. It was perfect, a week later, and it is off slightly. My wife's tank is rimmed though, and so I can hide the slight difference with the rim of the tank.

guess the biggest question is your tank on carpet or hardwood floor?

I really never go off the top of the tanks have found to many errors of the glass being off a bit especially rimed tanks.. I level whatever the tank is sitting on..lower the better since if off a touch down low the higher you go just gets compoundedly worse. Also those little screw in leveling knobs/feet always seem to sink in making the leveling work obsolete when added watter esp on carpet or soft wood.. little square pieces of wood/Tile etc help alot under them little feet spreading the weight around..I do normally take those little screw in feet off and use plastic or wood shims all around if needed just don’t trust them little threads especially on larger tanks..
Looks great
