RODI Booster Pump Issue

Having issue with my RODI system. Back in December I replaced all of the filters and installed a 8800 booster pump kit. The booster pump started at 90 PSI and it has been slowly getting weaker. Right now it’s under 85 PSI. Normally I’m changing the sediment filter more then 2 times a year. It’s a 1micron Premium ROsaveZ. The sediment filter is still white on the outside but when I took it out, the inside is dark brown. Is the water some how bypassing the filter?

I think the filters flow inside out right? So you might have really large particles coming from your pipes. Not sure if a 5 micron would be better here or if you drinking water piping is iron and not copper or something. @Srt4eric is the real plumber here and probably has insight.
