Set up Apex for Skimmer

I need help to set up my skimmer to run from 00:00 to 8AM, then off from 8AM to noon, then back on from noon to 8PM then off from 8PM to midnight. Is this ok?

If Time 00:00-8:00 then ON
If Time 8:00-12:00 then OFF
If Time 12:00-20:0 then ON
If Time 20:00-24:00 then OFF

I got this error message for the set up above.
"Send Failed

8:01-12:00.
12:01-20:00

Also if you do "set ON" I believe you only need to program your offs.

I notice my skimmer does not produce foam to the neck all the time. I have the RO Elite 200int on my 150gal DT. My corals color does not look vibrant. My nitrate and phosphate test result is PO4: 0.02 and N3:0. I like to increase NO3 up to 10-15. I am trying to turn the skimmer of 30% to see if it help. Any other suggestion to get coral color up beside skimmer less. I don't want to dose any other things.

You can feed more.
I started running my skimmer only at night, partially for the same reason you mention, but also to try to give an aeration boost at night to try to keep the PH up.
