This is cool. Whats the material? Rock? If so what kind?

If corals encrust onto the rack can you dremel or use bone cutters to break a piece off?

This is made with Emaco, a reef safe no cure needed architectural mortar - you can Dremel off pieces, but it would change the look of the piece, and that would be sad...LOL
