Thanks to @popper for the tank setup! It’s been cycling for a couple of weeks now.
Starting out with the Hydros Control X2 starter pack with their ATO, Mp10, two Kessil A360XE, two heaters, IM MightyJet DC return pump, and two Tunze Comline DOC 9004 skimmers

Just added two new fish that I’ve always dreamed of having but never dared to get until now.

I've had Orange, Purple and Helfrichi attack each other. It's hit or miss if they will get along. I haven't taken the time to try to ID if male or female yet, but it's possible visually.

Yeah my purple firefish male and female are fine at times, then aggression ramps up from the male to the female where he bites and tears fins to the point where she has to hide for a few days. You can sex them by looking just in front of their anal fins, the male has a little spike while there female has a slightly larger cone structure (ovipositor?).

I'd be really worried with such pricey fish in here! Especially in a nano. Even my 143gal isn't enough room for them to exist in their own quadrants when they're being hostile.

Yikes, I hope that being introduced at the same time helps mitigate the aggression. If they do fight it out, I’m rooting for the smaller, more expensive underdog. I’ll actually try to trap the others if it comes to that. I never really had a chance to enjoy nano fish like this before.

Same experience here even in a 7ft tank, it was a constant power struggle. Had an old purple established and introduced a pair of helfrich and an orange. The purple was more aggressive and the helfrich pair stuck together being chased. The orange stayed in his upper corner. Then one of the helfrich gained courage and it was a back and forth fight for months with torn fins all the time. When the purple submitted and hid more, that helfrich turned on the other and eventually killed it. Orange ended up jumping through the netting, probably being chased. Now one purple and one helfrich stay on opposite ends of the tank but are very reclusive so I don't get to enjoy them
