Torch order came in rough, advice?

@PizzaOven - if you end up losing all the torch heads, let me know and I'll give a 2/3 head frag off my New York Knicks torch colony to soften the blow of the bad order :)
 
Wow, that's really generous of you @dandemeyere ! I'll take you up on that if I lose this one.

I've cut and removed 2 heads with visible infected tissue. The remaining 3-4 look OK. It's still in a 5g bucket with a powerhead, heater, and cheap light. My plan is to move it to a tank without any torches tonight. But first, I'm wondering if I should try to remove the rest of the head that I missed part of?
