US Citizenship Application form asks "What clubs do you belong to?"

The form asks, what associations, parties, clubs, etc, etc do I belong to.

I'm very hesitant to put "Bay Area Reefers" so, sorry guys, I'm gonna pass on that until we change our name to "Bay Area Reef Aquarium Enthusiasts Club".

I put in "Professional Engineers Ontario" since I'm still a member even though it's a Canadian organization, and also "Costco" because I'm a valued member there!

The next few questions actually ask if I'm a Nazi. Wow.
