So I purchased these 5 hermit crabs but not sure what is happening but they don't really do anything they are not even moving in the tank.
I got them since Sunday and still kinda in the shell.
I just took them out of the tank to see if they are still alive and I saw 4 of them got their legs out a little but that is all. they don't even try to go walking outside the water.
Is this normal?
I also touched the feet of the crabs a little but they don't really go back in the shell, but when I touched his claw I saw him retract.
What is with these crabs? what am I missing?
I was hopping that I can watch them to go all over my tank and scavenge everything.
