Where to buy Gate Valves PVC locally?

Anyone know where i can get quality PVC Gate Valves locally?

In 3/4 inch? Or do i gotta order from bulk reef supply?

You can get them at Urban Farmer in SF on Vicente St. I got all mine there.

Don't know where you're located. Bill's Ace Hardware (the Concord location that specializes in plumbing) has them, though I would phone first. Got some in April and they seemed the same as ones my husband used on a tank for over 10 years with no problems.

I had a really hard time finding gate valves locally. Some Ace hardwares will have them but its hit or miss.

Neptune has a lot of plumbing parts, I'd give them a call.

I was just at Neptune and they do have gate valves but in larger sizes. I was looking for a 1/2" but they didn't have it.

Probably not what you want, but I have a 3/4" FPT ball valve if you want it.

I was also recommended Mission Irrigation in Fremont.

I think Irrigation stores are the place to go for PVC parts like this, if your local fish store doesn't have it.

I was able to get the 1/2" gate valves from Urban Farmer for my reactor plumbing. I believe they carried both slip and threaded pieces.

Try Ewing irrigation...there's one close to San Mateo. Urban Farmer is great, but doesn't always have particular parts in stock. Call ahead to make sure they do so they can get it from their Berkeley store. Ask for Cat or JT...they know their stuff.

My local ace in castro valley and orchard suply has gate valves.
