Not ideal, but you can either crop the image a little bit to decrease the file size or change the settings to capture in 12MP vs 24MP.

All my old nano Photobucket photos are being held ransom now, I hated it.

Eric @yosemiteclimber said that he'd be taking care of this with the site upgrade and Wasabi, plus we approved funds to do so as John mentioned in our last meeting.

I'm on the same boat. The bucket tech support said I could subscribe, provide a payment method, download all my images and then cancel.

pay the ransom! It will be worth it to have your reef images again. I did this a few months ago.
