Remember those shrimp and scallops from the bouilliabase? I marinaded 4lbs of shrimp and 3 lbs of scallops in sake, sweet mirin, chili oil and garlic and grilled those too.. Couldn't get a pic of those.. Everyone ate htem too damned fast...
dude, scallops are soooo good. My personal favorite seafood.
Levi, sounds good, I'm in. I found a 2-chamber smoker at a garage sale for only $10. I have this good brisket that I smoke for 6 or 7 hours... mmmm. And I'm from Texas, so you KNOW it's good!
