What a Night!

Last night was Alzheimer's Awareness Night at AT&T Park. Theresa and I were honored on the field before the game for our efforts for the Alzheimer's Association. How cool is that?!!. Thrill of a lifetime.

Not the best game I've ever been to. Shall we say, we got home earlier than expected. Never seen so many seeing eye ground balls. One ball was hit sooo hard off of Penny that it hit the bricks in right field and bounced 2/3 of the way back to the infield. A screaming line drive. And Suzuki, who was batting .163 going in had at least 5 RBIs and raised his average to .222 by the end of the night. Incredible!

Thank you for all the kind words.
This year's Walk to End Alzheimer's is Sept 29 right down by AT&T Park. We'd love to have more of you join our team and help the cause. If you can't walk with us, would you be willing to donate to our team, Saving Minds, and the Alzheimer's Association @http://act.alz.org/goto/StevePatchin. The walk's a lot of fun. Come join us and 5000 others.
