I will be smoking some racks of ribs for you guys tomorrow. If anyone needs use of a grill for their items, grills (yes plural) are available.

What time do you plan on coming by to throw them on? I'll be running it at 275-300 for the ribs. If you want low and slow I can setup one of the webers as a smoker at 225 with the snake method and some wood chunks.
