I messaged them on instagram, no response. Very disappointing for a company that’s so active at shows. Charge it back and move on with your life.

I agree it’s weird of them to go to the trouble of deleting your post but not the trouble of replying to you. But people are weird, especially in this hobby. And a lot gets lost in online communication. I don’t blame you for moving on, since that’s what works for you.
