EB832 Question

Anyone ever swapped an EB832 for a new EB832 (or swapped an EB8 in?) How much of a pain is it or can I just plug and play?
Mine keeps tripping and turning off. I've removed almost everything plugged into it, and it's still doing it.

So all I have to do is connect the main unit to a new EB832 or EB8? The programming is server side on fusion right?

Yes.

What I've done is connect the second eb832 first... then migrate the code and labels.

That way you just move plugs 1:1.

I've never had an eb8 but i would imagine so.

The logic is in the brain, so probably less dependent on which bar. Probably easy enough to test out by plugging in eb8 and seeing it it shows up properly

Also make sure if you have any high power devices (>5A) to put them on outlet 4 or 8 on the EB8.

I forget, but I thought there was a way to swap ID.
So you can just replace it, change one ID, so the controller thinks the new one is the old one.
Then things just work.
But that was with the old direct login interface, not Fusion.
