Lol. It’s small specks of whatever floating in the water column, there are no actual specks on the fish itself. Thank you for your concern though

Nice cute little Hippo tang! They are very very prone to ich. Make sure you feed it well with nori soaked in garlic extreme and slecon the first few weeks as a precautionary measure.
