I believe that @rygh has taken the treasurer reigns at this point, and will Be firmly in control by feb. I also believe we have consolidated all(most) of the club materials in a storage locker at Bruce's place.

Correct, I will be new treasurer.
We can sell the usual Glue and T-Shirts.

I still have some of the BAR equipment.
In particular, glue, T-shirts, and BAR raffle equipment.
(Do we use our equipment for that?)

I should be able to go, at least for part of the day.

I'm in to help; also, I'm in SJ, so I'm happy to help setup the night before.

Why don't we do this...

We'll split up duties. Arnold can recruit and arrange set-up. He and I can meet to get the frag tank and stuff to him prior to the show. @Chromis recruits for booth duty and pre-inventory, cash, etc. I'll take care of sponsors stuff, auctions and raffles.

I talked to Steve again the other night. We can have two or three tables at the entrance to the left of where people come in. Lots of room and lots of exposure.
